From 323 places PAFFREL asks polls chief to remove cutouts

The Executive Director of Elections Monitor PAFFREL Rohana Hettiarachchi yesterday made representations to Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake calling for the immediate action to remove cutouts and banners of the two main candidates from 323 different places in the country.
