Warning signs of the whole elections system collapsing: first time all monitoring Committees confirm this

All the four Election monitoring Committees have complained in unison yesterday (13) that for the first time in the history of Sri Lanka (SL), the Govt. by not acting impartially at the forthcoming elections, and flagrantly violating election laws, using state assets illegally and monumentally, is jeopardizing the holding of a fair and free Presidential election 2010.
