Daily News Editor on the way out ?
Mr. Lynn Ockerz, the Editor of Daily News has been removed from his post today, according to reports.
Mr Ockerz is one of the finest English journalists in the country, with wide ranging experience in writing on foreign affairs, business and the arts.
When responding to a query by Mirror on the news of his alleged removal, Mr Ockerz responded ‘ I was instructed to take up the appointment as editor by President Rajapaksa himself and it is his prerogative to decide what should be’
