A fundamental rights petition against the arrest while pasting posters

The National Trade Union Centre (NTUC) states that it will file a fundamental rights petition against the arrest of its activists by the Police while pasting posters.

A Committee member of the NTUC stated that this petition will be filed at the High Court today (25) citing the fundamental rights of the people established under the Constitution is being violated arresting

its members while pasting their posters.
