TNA MP E. Saravanapavan has received a death threat over the phone.
According to reports, an anonymous caller had threatened him around 9.25 last night (June 06).
The MP, who has links with ‘Udayan’ newspaper, had lodged a complaint with Jaffna police, mentioning the caller’s number.
The complaint claims the caller had warned him not to criticize the government and ministers and to flee the country to protect his life.
Earlier in the day, the parliamentarian had criticized the government and the ministers at a public rally at Valikamam North.
