SC upholds court rulings on Neththa Wenuwata Eththa
The Supreme Court has rejected a petition filed by NFF leader Wimal Weerawansa challenging previous court rulings that restrain the printing, distribution and sale of his book ‘Neththa Wenuwata Eththa.’
Lasantha killing: 15 army personnel questioned
Fifteen soldiers who had earlier served in the Army Intelligence have been arrested in connection with the killing of The Sunday Leader editor-in-chief Lasantha Wickrametunga and are being questioned by the Terrorist Investigation Division, a senior police official said yesterday .
